- NYNone YaNov 5, 20251.0It’s been a year and nothing has been done ATMs are constantly out of money. Seems like it’s been out this whole 1st week of November. Doesn’t matter if you go there 9 am on a Sunday or 3:30 on a Tuesday . Whole parking lot was pissed off all 5 of us yelling “our money is in there” and we can’t get to it..I’ve been waiting in line only to get to the front and the ATM magically stops working or is out of service. We’re unable to access our funds and using other atms is costing us money!! From 10/31-11/5 atm has been out everyday. Wells Fargo will tell you “we can view and see if our atms are out of service, shows 2 that are working” yeah the 2 ATMs that are locked inside that we can’t get to unless the bank is open..ridiculous this has been going on over a year

Makes it more frustrating when it’s dark out let’s not forget unsafe. If it’s always going to be like this maybe think of adding 2 more ATMS outside. Definitely wish they cared more!!
