- NBNimrat BrarDec 10, 20211.0The employees here are so RUDE!!! First this branch was closed for over 2 months so I could not access my safe deposit box. If you try to schedule an appointment, then they don’t respond to you nor try to work with your schedule. I was basically paying for my box for nothing. And then one day I went it at like 4:30pm to go use my box. Didn’t receive help till 4:50. Then I was told I can’t use it because they manager is “busy” with something. I would never recommend anyone to go to this branch.

They wanted me to use the app. If I’m calling it’s because I don’t want to use the app. I requested to speak to the manager. It took him 6.5 hours to call me. All to say that one of the is on leave & she’s expected to come back. He recommended to call that morning for an appt. as her schedule would be open. BS. I ended up having to schedule an appt through the app & I was 7 minutes late so they canceled my appt.
