  I was told I would receive my bonus 90 days after I open my account and deposits went in one teller told me it will hit this week I called and they told me they don’t have to pay me until 120 days after the 90 days that is the first I herd of that and I talked to multiple bankers there and they all failed to tell me this I had to get in the phone finally and she said sorry they have another 120 day typically to give me my bonus money

  Citibank representation from Philippines is so unprofessional and not well trained for dealing with Americans standards, first need have more knowledge in dealing our lifestyles and have more comprehension on what customer is asking for at the moment, many times I call they don’t understand what your asking and need call back until one with more understanding and is knowledgeable with bank policy and procedures please give more training to your employees.
