    Teller Wendy bad vibes felt unwelcomed innacurate information to send you out of the branch feeling like crap. Wouldn’t want anyone to walk in to any bank and have rude unwelcoming unpleasant unprofessional service. This is unacceptable I would think about hiring someone like this I would put her somewhere in the back so she won’t have to give bad service! I was trying to inquire about personal loans now it left a bad taste in my mouth and thinking about taking my money out of Wells Fargo for good!

    I called customer service to speak to someone who could help me with a situation right away. Why did the rep send me to a supervisor in the Philippines that has no authority or will to help me. If you need help with a situation 9 times out of 10 Wells Fargo will not be able to do anything for you. I have been with this bank for over 30 years. I knew I should have left a long time of ago. I do not recommend this bank for anyone who is trying to open an account. If you go with Wells Fargo after reading this please make sure you check your account every single day to make sure Wells Fargo has not added, moved, or deleted money from your account; this has happened to me. Also, please do not get into any situation where you need Wells Fargo to help you because they mostly likely will not, that is based on my experience. They will give you the run-around and waste your time like they did with me today. I have to go find a new bank now.

    Tenia cita para abrir mi cuenta de banco para negocio y llegue ai no me quisieron a tender por que según llegue tarde y metieron a alguien mas y venia de lejos por que la necesitaba de rapido por eso vine asta acá para que no respetaron mi cita😡

    The staff is always very friendly here. Sometimes the wait can be a little lengthy, but it's normally due to the fact that they give every customer the time they need. The business banking staff is very kind and helpful. This branch is clean and well kept. There is always a drive thru for quick banking, 2 walk up atm's, and this branch has the 2 walk up atm's that allow higher withdrawals and choice of bills.
