Then when I tried to share my feedback on the phone right now, I was responded to with condescending tone about what I can do to improve my situation - which is ironic because they know my situation is going to be difficult without the support they claimed to offer their members. I will be improving my situation the long and hard way, no thanks to Umpqua.
