- MMMrGIGGITY100Apr 1, 20205.0I have to say I had a horrible experience today, 3/31/20 going to Pittsburg wells fargo. Neither of the 2 managers could help me with the problem I had. Didn't offer any type of help, just kept saying sorry we can't do anything for you. Frustrated with my issue, I went to bank of the west to try and seek help with my check since the check was a bank of the west check. They helped me with a lot more then wells fargo did and I am very grateful for that. Then after I went to the wells fargo in concord to seek additional help and ended up getting helped by Deana Cerri, I was there for quite a while but it was worth every minute! She was very professional and helped me with the problem I was dealing with. I can't thank her enough for everything she did! I just got unemployed and was worried about feeding my kids. I am grateful for all her hard work and everything she did to resolve my problem! 11/10! Thank you very much for your help! God bless you!
