She demonstrated that she has no understanding of what an attorney client IOLTA account is: she refused to accept a check to an attorney- client trust account because the check used the word “and” between the attorney’s and client’s names. I would expect the manager of a bank to have the competence to know that the word “and” is a connector for the two names on the check and to be able to explain that to a teller to accept the deposit rather than being the reason for refusing to accept the deposit.
