  Why even bother listing a phone number? Edit: I refuse to go out of my way to respond when answering telephone is beyond scope of this branch's capabilities.

  This branch is "managed" by a very UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL ANGIE KARINA OCHOA !!! She is very RUDE, Condescending and highly inappropriate branch manager ! She is running this brach as if it was her "private kitchen" where customers are a nuisance! Her conduct is VERY RUDE !! She completely ignores OR RESPONDS RUDELY TO customers requests, whispers into the teller's ear right in front of the customers at the teller's windows. Ask customers to leave the branch and refuses the service starting at 4:45pm. despite the fact that the branch closes at 5:00pm. She screams at the customers and lies profusely!!! Given numerous poor reviews on Google of this individual, It is clear that Wells Fargo management chooses to ignore those, other wise they would have replaced her with a more professional Individual a long time ago. The only thing left for a client to do is to go to another branch or another bank in Marina Deal Rey. Pay attention to this review or you too will become her victim !!!

  The manager Rosa Maria is terrible. She demonstrated that she has no understanding of what an attorney client IOLTA account is: she refused to accept a check to an attorney- client trust account because the check used the word “and” between the attorney’s and client’s names. I would expect the manager of a bank to have the competence to know that the word “and” is a connector for the two names on the check and to be able to explain that to a teller to accept the deposit rather than being the reason for refusing to accept the deposit.

  Angie Karina Ochoa is a very rude and condescending branch manager. I have no idea how she made it to branch manager. Hopefully she is replaced by someone who knows how to effectively communicate with customers. There seems to be no accountability at this branch which is probably why she talks to customers this way. Don’t go here. Beware!

  This particular branch is the worst one I have ever been in. No one greets you. The bankers (not tellers) are slow and are obviously in no rush to assist the customer. Cherry on top is every time I try to call.... no one answers. If I wasn't right across the street I would use a different branch. I do love wells fargo just not this branch
