When I tried to withdraw cash using my Wells Fargo-affiliated debit card (Clin Card), the teller refused, claiming that my name wasn't on the card. Despite other branches having helped me in the past, the teller insisted they couldn't proceed. I found her tone rude and unprofessional. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this branch or because of her. If there is any similar complaints, it must be her. I really should have gotten her name and report her behavior to the corporate.
