  This review is for the Citibank located at 4375 Glencoe Ave Marina Del Rey, CA. Most recent meeting with Yvonne Lopez was an absolute disaster. Ignorant, argumentative, rude and unprofessional does not even begin to describe this person. The lack of customer service training is astounding. I can't even begin to understand how these people are trained but bank ANYWHERE but there.

  This review is for the Citibank located at 4375 Glencoe Ave Marina Del Rey, CA. In Villa Marina Mall. Just interact with banker Nila Alvarado Very unprofessional zero knowledge zero customer service skills she does not know how to fix a simple discrepancy on my account. She started threatening me yelling at me ready to get in a physical fight. There is video surveillance in the bank. You can look up. She put my safety in jeopardy. There is a two woman’s Just hanging out inside the bank not for any business, these 2 -3 women don't even have an account but Citi Bank employees kept them inside the branch so they can watch me I can get robbed so do the bank because Nila brought one woman who stood just behind me while I was withdrawing Nila was kept me waiting just wondering around keep talking to other womens then went by door talking to another women and I was sitting on the desk and waiting for her even bank was closed 10 minutes ago Bankers make this much money and treat the Customer that horrible. This is all our taxpayer money. The other male teller was also pretending just he’s help that woman same thing that the woman does not even have an account there. Who is supervising these employees' aggressive behavior?

  I don't know how they treat regular customers but In this day and age you cannot judge a person by how they dress. Each and every time I entered this bank I was ignored. When I tried to get attention I was told I had to ,"wait in line or wait my turn". Citigold, a joke. Go elsewhere and certainly do NOT allow them to invest any significant amount of money!
