- OPOwlbert PikeJul 3, 20251.0Well looing at all the reviews i see im not the only person who thinks this branch is horrible. Second time this has happened. Present the teller with the payment coupon for the mortgage payment and they missallocate it then tell me i have to call and straighten it out. The teller who did it this time was named jimena, she smirked behind the manager while I was telling her what happened. The manager said she would talk to her though im not sure what that will solve. This is why I bank elsewhere, unfortunately i have to pay my mortgage through wells Fargo and because of my experiences there i will never open an account with them
