- LWLatitia WellsDec 26, 20251.0This ATM isn’t like the other Wells Fargo ATM’s it’s deposit options are different and if you don’t pay attention when making deposits of cash it takes your money and apparently gave my cash to the next person who was depositing cash they investigated and said since there wasn’t extra money in the ATM I’m out my money use the ATM inside Savemart that ATM actually works properly

- MMMichaelSep 2, 20251.0ATM is still open/Active ( when it works ) I’ve used this ATM almost a dozen times . It’s hit or miss …today was the 4th time I’ve visited this location and it’s gone “offline” while in use . This is the 2nd time it’s gone offline while in the process of dispersing money and when that happens, your money is withdrawn from your account but NOT dispersed. I don’t bank with WF , Ive had had a long standing relationship with a credit union . With that said, You have to dispute the transaction through your bank if you do not bank with WF. (It’s a timely process ) I was speaking about my experience with a friend today and she encouraged me to write a review “Not everyone has the same financial resources “ I have to wait 10 business days to get my $303.00 back in my checking account …. Which I’m fine with but this could have been someone’s last $300.00 until pay day . Which put things in perspective. I recommend withdrawing from an actual branch as this ATM is not very reliable.
