- MMMichaelSep 2, 20251.0ATM is still open/Active ( when it works ) I’ve used this ATM almost a dozen times . It’s hit or miss …today was the 4th time I’ve visited this location and it’s gone “offline” while in use . This is the 2nd time it’s gone offline while in the process of dispersing money and when that happens, your money is withdrawn from your account but NOT dispersed. I don’t bank with WF , Ive had had a long standing relationship with a credit union . With that said, You have to dispute the transaction through your bank if you do not bank with WF. (It’s a timely process ) I was speaking about my experience with a friend today and she encouraged me to write a review “Not everyone has the same financial resources “ I have to wait 10 business days to get my $303.00 back in my checking account …. Which I’m fine with but this could have been someone’s last $300.00 until pay day . Which put things in perspective. I recommend withdrawing from an actual branch as this ATM is not very reliable.
