  Not the banks fault but why would the City of Manteca install a median right in front of the banks entrance on Main. Especially when the bank parking lot is a one way to get in and out.

  Dishonest and Rude Service This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but I feel the need to warn others and help you avoid the frustration of dealing with this bank. My husband and I met with Ms. Tanya, the branch manager, and her colleague. They showed us a brochure advertising New Year’s gifts for customers who deposited money with the bank. Based on that, we made the trip to the branch to claim the gifts we were promised — but in the end, we only received a small item that was not what we expected. When we asked about it, Ms. Tanya claimed she no longer had the brochure, so we couldn’t prove what was originally offered. She said she would file a complaint and call us back within a couple of days, but each time we ended up having to call her ourselves after waiting three days. On our third call, when we politely asked to record the conversation, she refused. About 15 seconds later, while we were still calmly explaining our concern, she suddenly hung up on us in the middle of the conversation. It’s shocking how unprofessional and disrespectful she was, especially after coming across as so friendly at first. Do not trust this bank with your money.

  Lying, cheating, rude, AVOID!!! We were promised with gifts for making deposits at the bank. When the time comes, we were given one little gift (not the ones that were promised). We told the branch manager Tanya that we were promised differently, she told us she does not remember the details of the promotion. When we asked for the gifts brochure the branch manager Tanya told us they don’t have it. There is not a single record of what was promised. After we pushed the issues, she told us she would follow up but after two more weeks, and a few more phone calls, she is just buying time and did nothing. On the last phone call she hung up on us in the middle of the conversation. We live 30 minutes away otherwise we would come there every day because we are so upset with how Citibank is conducting business. We will keep going after this matter to the end. It is not how much are the gifts, it is the way they do things. We will close our account afterward. Very disappointed customers!
