- ZSZach SokolowNov 13, 20251.0In 20 years of going to Wells Fargo, Takashi the teller and Brenda teller manager are the most unprofessional and least knowledgeable people I have ever encountered visiting a bank. In such a prominent location in town, Wells Fargo couldn’t possibly have worse representation of the brand and bank. I will be removing all money and accounts due to the lack of customer service and resolution based actions from employees that should be trained to help and deescalate situations. I would never return to a bank that treats their customers this way.
