- ADApril DesaulniersAug 2, 20191.0Horrible customer service!! Withdrew money on first transaction. Then I deposited a check. Well the teller Bailee put it, in a different account of mine. Then she says"oh I had it emailed to me", (the reciept)seriously??!! I requested on the first transaction for a paper copy. Rent is coming. So I called the 800 number. Oscar, says I have to wait till tomorrow. To call. When I had already went to the branch. OMG I'm livid at this point. Use the ATM at this branch. Only came here for convenience. Never again. I'll go down to Manhattan Village. Where it's safe & they know their job. BIG TIME FAIL!!
