- LLLidiaJun 16, 20251.05 estrellas negativas para esta sucursal ya 2 beses que he ido y son muy resistas la primera vez fui porque sufrí fraude a poner una queja y la banquera me dijo no sé de qué te preocupas si ni papeles tienes que te pueden robar En serio que me hizo pasar una tarde tan horrible desagradable me dijo que por indocumentada soy pobre y menos que nada podrían robarme Segunda vez fui a cambiar un cheque del seguro social y no quisieron cambiarmelo dijeron que ellos tienen auditoría y que no lo arian y así fue no me lo cambiaron llamaron ala gerente y igual fue inútil Les dije más de un año lo cambio en otra sucursal y no ay problema solo aquí les dije Deberían cerrar ese banco

They don't deserve the business since it's been reported numerous times that they don't have enough tellers. Piece of advice to new customers - look somewhere else. Show up today and they had one tellers for 22 people. Shameless! Can't give a zero but you deserve it.
