- KSKimber SmithNov 10, 20251.0After showing up, to open our accout, and waiting to be "buzzed" in, (of which we are local, and understand ), We are at the counter waiting, told the guy behind the counter that we are here to finish opening our "new" account, the guy behind the counter stated, that it would be 15 minutes before he could help us, that he and his co- worker needed to go on a BREAK, the bank had only be open for @ 1 hour, and he needed a break ???, AS A BUSINESS OWNER... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR... AVOID
