Today I had problems with the ATM, I called the support service, where they clearly mocked me, turned off the microphone, then they did not listen to what I was saying, after I asked to stop this and help me, paused and refused to help me ! I want to be given full qualified assistance as to all clients of the bank, not to humiliate my dignity, without discrimination!
