- MCMay ChungFeb 9, 20221.0I am a customer of Wells Fargo for 25 years, 7950 sunset Wells Fargo bank is the worst branch I have ever experienced. I've been making 2-3 remittances every month, but after using this branch, there's always a problem with remittance. They said that I had to make an appointment to make a remittance, so I tried to make an appointment on the spot. they said no, and they said they would call me, I left my name and phone number, but no call !!.In particular, the female manager is so unfriendly as if she is above the customer. I will NEVER use this bank again.

Today I had problems with the ATM, I called the support service, where they clearly mocked me, turned off the microphone, then they did not listen to what I was saying, after I asked to stop this and help me, paused and refused to help me ! I want to be given full qualified assistance as to all clients of the bank, not to humiliate my dignity, without discrimination!
