- VGVaughn GreveSep 9, 20251.0I just needed to get a document notarized from out of state. Alejandra was rude, disorganized, and completely confused by the basic instructions. She told me that asking a person in the bank to be a witness was illegal and considered soliciting, and kept telling me it didn't make sense that I even needed one. I had to go to UPS and pay to have it done, where they were super helpful and even helped me find a person to sign as a witness. Thanks Wells Fargo, always a pleasure.
