  ATM doesn't work at all for deposits. Reads $100 like a check for some reason. Was going to deposit $400 as $200 and one check! Ps in other places they checked that $100 bill that this machines read as a "check" but it was a real bill, no one else had a problem :( Both those machines on that particular block are weird

  completely incompetent staff. after five hours of trying to figure out how to send a wire, taking photo copies of my id, taking my SS #, having me log into my account, they finally approved it. then they called me back into the branch five hours later, said I needed to come in person, just to tell me when I got there that they decided to decline. (this all after the money already left my account) then they refused to give me any receipt showing anything about my funds being returned. I called me WF business account manager and he told me that the branch mishandled it, and that they read my account incorrectly, and then he told me to go to a different branch to send it. this branch wasted my entire day and completely mismanaged my money and my account all with giving no reason at all or having any empathy that they took my money and that they gave me no information on when, why, or how it would ever come back. if I had more time, I would recommend this branch be investigated

  Not very familiar with the area, I came across this branch, and I decided to stop. At the time of my visit, it was empty; only a couple of people were in the line, so I could go up to service very fast. Victor, who assisted me, was friendly and suggested a few different options for my specific type. He was knowledgeable in all the other services offered. I had a pleasant and fast experience visiting this branch and will stop again when I’m in the area. Thank you, Wells Fargo.

  Worst branch ever the employees look for a problem with everything, they are not helpful and look for a problem in every situation. Especially one of the team members. Don’t understand how this location is existing.
