  completely incompetent staff. after five hours of trying to figure out how to send a wire, taking photo copies of my id, taking my SS #, having me log into my account, they finally approved it. then they called me back into the branch five hours later, said I needed to come in person, just to tell me when I got there that they decided to decline. (this all after the money already left my account) then they refused to give me any receipt showing anything about my funds being returned. I called me WF business account manager and he told me that the branch mishandled it, and that they read my account incorrectly, and then he told me to go to a different branch to send it. this branch wasted my entire day and completely mismanaged my money and my account all with giving no reason at all or having any empathy that they took my money and that they gave me no information on when, why, or how it would ever come back. if I had more time, I would recommend this branch be investigated

  I use this branch often. I called to see if they had a Notary Public in the Branch. And Eli who answered the phone said yes, he was the Notary. He was so helpful and told me to call the Branch the day before so he will know when to expect me. I was delighted as I am disabled and use a walker. To have something streamlined makes my life much more comfortable and easy. Wells Fargo is a wonderful bank to do business with.
