- MGManuel GaunaNov 12, 20251.0Very incompetent bankers work here. Came in with ID and was refused service. Bank couldn’t “verify” me because my address was different. I needed to stop payment on a money order and they refused. As a result the stolen item was paid. Nicholas, the premier banker, failed to do his job and cost us money.

Kelly and the Manager Men don't even know how to print the paper with my name. I even told them if they cannot print the whole pdf just sent it to my email since i am the owner of the account and the Manager refused to do it. Very disappointed the bank cannot provide a proof and don't know how to go over their system. And when i came home i just research through internet how pull the access on it which i get what i want. Just disappointment the bank cannot give what you want but they want what's ur need.

Before leaving, I asked the banker to verify whether the documentation I had was sufficient, and he confirmed it was. However, on the day of the appointment, we were told additional documents were needed, and we couldn’t proceed. It was a complete waste of time—not to mention the unhelpful attitude of the banker.
