- RSR SAug 15, 20231.0They do not answer their phone! Follow-up - Wow! Wells Fargo responded to this within an hour. It is a shame they are worried more about a negative online review than answering the phone. I actually called three branches today in my area and none of them answered the phone.

She made sure to explain every step in detail and answered all of our questions. She made the process simple, efficient and quick. We can’t thank her enough for all her help and patience with us. My son now has his very own banker he can call on when he is in need. Thank you “Auntie” Camille! 😄
