Incompetent employees who have deposited checks for me in the past contradict what I was told today. I’m closing my accounts with Wells Fargo because of this locations and the lazy people who work here.

Today, I went there to get a cashiers check check since I’m moving to a new location, and the lady told me that even I tap my new digital card, added my PIN and gave her my original ID, she said she couldn’t give my own money. I begged her, told her I was moving today and I needed the cashiers check and she couldn’t care less. Move away from this branch and if you’re smart, from this institution. I’m closing my account next week.
