Speaking with the customer service reps a multiple times didn't fix them, so I visited to the office hoping they could help me. Gelareh was very professional and friendly. Before I asked, she made a call to the customer service to find out what was going on. She kept my original appreciation open instead of issuing new application so that it didn't affect my credit score. My application was approved in a few hours. What was the 2 months of trying on my own? Thank you, Gelareh!

The very second a white man walked in, staff stood up to inform us there are no tellers available and offer other services. This staff member was actually sitting sipping on her drink while I was waiting until this man came in. You sure make the extra 20 minutes round trip to the next Wells Fargo worth it.
