- JJJinkflorOct 17, 20251.0I went to Wells Fargo Bank to see an employee, Kyle Place. It was the worst encounter of my life. The employee is extremely incompetent. During the 1.5 hours we sat there, although we were allotted 1 hour, he did not fill out anything. He only asked questions, but did not do any paperwork. My mother needed a bank debit card. We came with a referral code. But since he did not fill it out on time, the referral code will no longer work. This is sad. The Kyle Place employee is very, very, very slow. Why is he still working? If he can’t do his job? I will never go to this bank again, much less open a debit or credit card. Terrible service. The translator that was provided over the phone was terribly inconvenient and incompetent. Or the bank employee did not explain the questions clearly. I had to ask again, and each time it was a different meaning. At 5:00 PM, management arrived and demanded we finish. But the most interesting thing is that they started insulting me, claiming it was our fault. I didn't even listen. Complete disrespect from both the employee and the manager. A wasted hour and a half at the bank and an hour on the road. I don't recommend either this branch or this bank due to the negative experience with new clients.
