- MJMaria JimenezJul 7, 20251.0This use to be my favorite branch, but with the new bank tellers and the assistant manager at this branch, the service has become deficient. He is not friendly at all he is always very stubborn and not helpful. The young Hispanic girl is usually attentive and tries to be helpful but she always has to get the other guy’s approval. I been banking at this branch for over 20 years I think is time to change branches.

- NPNate PowersSep 30, 20142.0I'm not sure who is in charge of overdraft fees and credit cards, but I have had terrible service for the last year that I have had my account with them. I am always on the phone trying to fix another problem with them and it's never-ending. They keep setting up automatic payments before we plan on paying our bills and they keep taking money out of our account when they are not supposed to. It's terrible that Wells Fargo and the Wells Fargo Credit place in charge of all the credit cards do not communicate because whenever I try fixing something with my credit card, nobody seems to have any record at all of what's going on.
