- JGJorge GonzalezDec 8, 20251.0Arrived 12:40PM scanned the QR code, 30 minutes later (after two clerks returned from lunch, one clerk helped a person a head of two other not obeying the QR text protocol). Received help over the phone, informed the next person was an older gentleman. Skips him and goes to another customer. Another customer noticed the pattern of selective customer service. Wells Fargo, fix it. It seemed very discriminate. I will let you, wells Fargo in charge of video. Review it and correct this. 👀
