I cannot tell you how much of my time has been wasted because of the ineptitude of Wells Fargo to delay, underpromise, or outright fail to hold up their end of my banking needs. GO TO A CREDIT UNION! Better rates, customer service, and piece of mind that your aren’t supporting this behemoth bundle of corporate ineptitude. Update. They reached out and mostly fixed what they did. I still don’t like the company but never has a ANYONE from wells been helpful until this location. Appreciate it.

- PGPeter GomezNov 7, 20182.0Do you like waiting in line? Then this is the bank for you! Do you like watching people in suits walk around without apparent purpose? Seriously...never enough tellers. My transactions are simple cash deposits, but every other customer seems to require a supervisors conference to do theirs. And for some reason even when there is a line of customers tellers feel free to walk away from the counter. That is not service. It started when they got rid of their merchant window. Now it keeps getting worse.

I don't know wells Fargo procedure but I immediately felt like I was being judged and was given the run around..so I decided not to open an account and head to my bofa a block down and cashed with no hesitation. Definitely my husband and I will not be opening an account with them and it's disappointing because they are brand new in our neighborhood.
