My partner and I showed up without an appointment, but our request was something simple that wouldn’t have taken much time. Alex, the banker we spoke with, was not helpful at all. We ended up waiting for over an hour, even though there were bankers clearly sitting around without assisting anyone. No one checked on us or gave us an estimated time for when they could help. It felt like they kept using the “appointment only” excuse to dismiss us, instead of choosing to help when they easily could have. In the end, we left and went to Chase Bank, where we were helped quickly and professionally. This experience left a really negative impression of Wells Fargo’s customer service.
