  Hateful teller Man “hayven” with long red hair behaved so erratic and hateful for no reason he was hostile and cruel just because I wanted to cash a Wells Fargo check to my wells Fargo account which should be a normal transaction, so after him being irate for no reason I then asked him if I could speak to a manager because he was being really rude and hateful to me and was tantruming and instead he took my check to a girl sitting down and was talking crap about me and then she came to my window with him and she had a ugly attitude and was rolling her eyes at me as the red haired guy began yelling loudly, indirectly talking down to me and just spewing hatred and saying over and over that he already told me he wouldn’t cash my check (without an explanation) and she also behaved hateful and didn’t intervene and went along with everything he was saying and was letting him verbally abuse me and my daughter who was present, so at that point I questioned if she was the manager Because I was shocked that she was allowing and going along with all this and she said No and I said I had asked to speak to a manager and they both blatantly refused to call the manager “Edward” because they said he was in a meeting yet they were both like two bullies attacking me and I needed the money, it was a valid check from a reputable corporation and I told them that they were both highly unprofessional and that id wait to speak to a manager then Elizabeth began rolling her eyes harder and spoke very condescending to me and the red hair guy kept screaming that he wasn’t going to accommodate me and I knew at that point they were both irrational I didn’t want to speak to either of them further, I asked the red haired man for my check back and he tried to keep my stub and I asked the Latina girl for her name and for the red hair guys name and she began arguing with me and telling me that the red haired man wasn’t a guy but that that he was a woman (he was clearly a man with long red hair) and I wasn’t there to argue what he was, all I wanted was his name because I’d never been treated so hatefully just for wanting to do business at my bank. In the end the manager never came and we left. The place is ran poorly, you can tell the manager has set the bar extremely low and that he doesn’t hold the employees responsible for their actions because they all treat customers with disdain and take their jobs personally and attack customers out of seemingly jealousy. The employees are a reflection of the manager! And what a poor reflection they are! That red haired man has no business working with public and neither does hateful “Elizabeth” if that’s even her name I don’t know because she behaved so unprofessional and delusional I wouldn’t believe anything she said at that point. Where do they find these people that work here? The worst branch I’ve ever been to, even when you walk in it’s dark like a cave and the employees act evil and miserable like they hate their jobs and hate customers. I went to another branch up the street and they cashed my Wells Fargo check and treated me with kindness and empathy and even love, what a breath of fresh air after dealing with these people which goes to show their behavior was totally uncalled for!

  This is the worst Wellsfargo location ever!! This is my second time cuz I thought the 1st time when there was 1 veteran who was so mad and walked out because he waited almost an hour in line & still waiting but guess what the second time here is even worst than the 1st time! The manager & Wellsfargo employees should do something to solve this problem!Thank you!
