  ⭐ 1 Star (Would give 0 if I could) Honestly, my first mistake was coming to this Wells Fargo on 1200 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017 without checking the terrible reviews first. I should’ve listened, because they were right. I came in just trying to cash a check, waited patiently in line, and when it was finally my turn, I got helped by a woman named Celestia (not sure how her name is spelled). She talked super fast, was rude, and didn’t seem to care at all. I told her I had my California ID, but she said I needed a school ID, which made no sense since I’ve already graduated. When I tried to explain that to her, she just kept cutting me off and talking over me in a really disrespectful way. My mom tried to step in and explain too, but Celestia was still being rude and dismissive, so we just walked out. I left feeling completely disrespected and shocked — this was my first time at a Wells Fargo, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. Afterward, I called the bank, and thankfully the woman who answered the phone was very nice and understanding. She listened, took my report seriously, and said she would make sure it was passed along. I really appreciated her kindness — she was the only positive part of this whole experience. If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I won’t ever come back here again, and I don’t recommend anyone else wasting their time either.

  The worst branch. Came in today to find out there is no banker to help. My account got frozen due fraud protection. Don’t waste your time here. They should close this branch.

  Worst customer service ever! Waited in line for 15 min to see a teller to do a wire transfer. Found out that only bankers can help. I was asked to wait for a banker (only one available). Waited for another 30 mins, and the banker told me she couldn't help me because she has another appointment at 10:30. It was 10:10 when I asked for help. She asked me to wait until her 10:30 Customer to finish, and she will help me after that. I asked if there are any other ways to do a wire transfer. She said NO. Called Grand branch, and a banker told me I can do a wire transfer via Wells Fargo app!!!!! I asked three different people in this branch, and no one told me this. Management needs to train tellers and bankers better. I am extremely disappointed, and after reading other reviews, I totally agreed with others. Zero star ! After 17 years with Wells Fargo, I was so ready to close the account today.
