The staff were very kind and helpful, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. I also want to give a special shout-out to Bianca, the teller who helped me personally — she was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I had seen a few negative reviews about this location before coming in, but honestly, my experience was completely positive. Everyone we spoke with was professional and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this branch based on our visit!

The teller, would not let me withdrawal my own money out of my account. She profiled me because I am young and didn’t let me withdrawal money out of my account. I went to another Wells Fargo and they instantly let me withdrawal money out of my account. I understand bank fraud and I used to be a relationship banker at Comerica Bank for over a year and this was not the way to handle the situation. Avoid this location at all costs.

- IMian mottaleMay 2, 20251.0Avoid This Wells Fargo – Especially for Wires I usually bank with the Wells Fargo on Wilshire Blvd because I’ve had issues in the past with Brenda, the business banker at this Brentwood location. But since I was depositing a check here, I figured I’d make a wire transfer too. Big mistake. I waited over an hour just for Brenda to help me. It’s been a year since I last dealt with her, so I thought maybe things had improved. They haven’t. What should’ve been a simple 3-minute wire took over 20 minutes—and we didn’t even finish. I gave her all the information clearly, yet instead of printing a confirmation form like any competent banker, she started handwriting the details on a piece of paper. Then she asked me to restate the routing number because she didn’t get it right the first time—even though I said it clearly. It’s Chase, one of the most common banks out there. For someone who’s allegedly worked at a bank for 16 years, that’s just unacceptable. I was so frustrated I walked out. Drove straight to the Wilshire branch, got helped within 1 minute, and completed the wire in 5. If you value your time, avoid this branch—especially Brenda. Go to Wilshire instead. Total night and day experience.
