The staff were very kind and helpful, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. I also want to give a special shout-out to Bianca, the teller who helped me personally — she was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I had seen a few negative reviews about this location before coming in, but honestly, my experience was completely positive. Everyone we spoke with was professional and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this branch based on our visit!

The teller, would not let me withdrawal my own money out of my account. She profiled me because I am young and didn’t let me withdrawal money out of my account. I went to another Wells Fargo and they instantly let me withdrawal money out of my account. I understand bank fraud and I used to be a relationship banker at Comerica Bank for over a year and this was not the way to handle the situation. Avoid this location at all costs.

Have been waiting more than 30 minutes to make a deposit and ended up leaving because it looked like I had to wait minimum another 10 min. Before I left I told the lady who seemed to be manager about the immense inefficiency and her answer was not apologetic and she didn’t assume any responsibility. Ridiculous ! Update 03/11/23 . I had to make a deposit on Saturday and it was the only open branch around me. I obviously dreaded coming here after my last experience but was hoping that post Covid they got their act together. I’ve waited 40 minutes (!!!!) to make a simple deposit. While I was waiting there were multiples unsatisfied customers one of which demanded to have his account closed after being ignored for too long. I am baffled that WF is not doing something serious about it . The absolute worst branch in the USA !
