- DSDavid SolisSep 2, 20251.0This review is based on an observation rather than the service I experienced today (the teller that supported me with my transaction was excellent) I understand operating hour are established for a reason. However, today I witnessed a lack of empathy and generosity from one of your staff - lady in navy blue blazer (keeping her name anonymous to give her the generosity she lacks). An older man walked up to the door to, what I can assume, request to be let in/support with something. Rather than taking 2-3 minutes to explain operating hours, the lady in navy blue blazer, completely shut the door on this man. A few minutes later she switched with one of her colleagues. Now, the Second Lady (white/ivory blazer) demonstrated the complete opposite & handled a similar situation differently. When another man approached the door to ask a question, she took a few minutes to listen and provide a response From previous reviews, it seems that these kinds of actions/behaviors have not been addressed. I’m left to wonder what actions our community need to take in order to be taken seriously and with the respect we deserve.
- GDGabriel DerasJul 28, 20251.0Customer service is so slow and a discriminant and racist manager, my parents went there without an appointment and got on the waiting list, afterwards a pair of men came and got the most quickest customer service and apointment while on the waiting list after us and clearly the same race as my parents only difference is that they spoke to the manager in english. My parents waited a whole 4 hours and left with an appointment till the next week. And the worst is that the manger IS the SAME race as my parents. A simple plaque does not change who you are. There has been past issues with the same manager in other reviews please change the management.

Afterwards, 2 men came and they talked to her in English and gave them the latest appointment in 20 minutes and my parents were waiting there for 4 hours and the 2 men just came in like 5-10 minutes ago and she gave them the latest appointment. And gave my parents a appointment in 8 days.
