- JVJ VH6 days ago1.07 people work here, yet the wait time is still over 30 minutes. The bank keeps closing branches, and servers go down. Customer services 0-10
- RLRobert LopesOct 10, 20251.0Came in and there was one teller with about ten people in line. Got told by the manager he was bringing up another teller and then just went into the back. It's been about 15 mins and he still has not came back out or brought out anyone else to help.

Came to this branch and Nesibe Duman took her time to really help with my account access and Zelle . So thankful for her help. Best personal banker.

When they closed down the Playa Vista branch, I decided to find one closer to home, and I'm really glad I chose this one to do my banking at. Inside, the line was really short, the banker was really nice, and even the security guard was friendly and asked about my day. No complaints, will come by again!
- NHNuzya HasanFeb 25, 20194.0Nice friendly and professional staff, on my trip to Los Angeles I had to go there to obtain my temporary ATM card , didn’t had to wait for long but the banker who served me link my ATM Card to my old closed account which has $0 balance and it was closed account . So I had to call customer service again after getting declined in a next door coffee shop that’s a poor attentive attitude but the good things are this location has wheelchairs access and couple of ATM machines are outside of the bank.
