Besides familiar faces like Miss Stella at the teller desk who is amazing, I never get to meet too many other staff members. But today I came to one of the bankers with a rather difficult task I needed immediate assistance with, and he was able to not only help me but he went above and beyond in providing me with options and ultimately an optimal solution. His name is Ernesto and because of this experience with Ernesto I am more inclined to return to this branch even though I don’t live close to this area any more
