- BObrittany odomApr 3, 20251.0I wanted to love this bank because of the location and it was the worst banking experience of my life. THE WORST customer service ever. They are seriously understaffed and the staff they do have is beyond unprofessional. They called and asked me to reschedule and were not even prepared when I got there. While waiting for my appointment , I listened to the staff have a lengthy conversation about how much toilet paper they use and how they wipe when they go to the bathroom. My banker was not who I made the appointment with and had no experience handling the issue I had. I spent two hours watching him on the phone. My appointment required a notary. They didn’t have one. Finally after running across the street for 5 minutes to pay out of pocket to get a document notarized, I was told to come back the next day. No other staff was available to help and I couldn’t go to another branch because the banker who started the process has to finish it. Needless to say I’m closing the account and never banking at Wells Fargo
