- RBRichard BainJul 26, 20161.0The atm took 200 dollars from me and when I went in the store the banker said it's not their problem and I need to call the number on my card. She was horrible and dismissive. I then asked to talk to the manager of the bank who was also incredibly rude and unhelpful. In the end he said he would credit my account the money that the machine took and I wouldn't have to worry about it. He lied to my face and the money was never added to my account. The manager at this location is unprofessional and a lier. If your machine is broke and takes a customer's funds the bank should be as understanding as possible to get the money back. 200 dollars is a lot of money to me and I don't have time to wait for it. I hope the Manger is fired because he lied to my face and manipulated his power to screw me over. I have never been treated like this at a bank and have never seen a manager use his power for evil. Beware of this location and all the idiots that work there.
