- KLkourtney LoveNov 2, 20253.0I had a hard time finding the help desk at first. I walked inside and outside of the store looking for it and didn’t see the sign anywhere. I eventually asked someone (who didn’t even work there) and they told me it was in Aisle 1. The sign is really hidden, so it took longer than it should have to find.

The branch is actually inside the Ralphs Grocery store, near the back of the store. There is free parking under the store in the Ralphs underground parking lot. Personal Banker Jonathan Espinola assisted me. I also needed a new ATM card. There was a display with sample cards that included a personalized ATM Card with a photo. I asked Jonathan if he would help me order one. Not only did he help me order a card, he also helped me upload a photo for my card ( my home computer not yet set up). Jonathan also suggested a new type of checking account that will save me money. I was very satisfied with the service I received from this branch.
