There were so many cumbersome steps to correct this problem, entirely caused by TurboTax and Intuit. Fortunately, I encountered an excellent support agent named Steve Wang, who actually spent 3 hours with me, resolving this problem step by step. From the scale of 1 to 10, I must give Steve a 10. He walked me through all the frustration of TurboTax. After the three hours, I received more emails from Turbo tax. As it turns out, the problem was not correctable. I would say Turbo tax is poorly designed but they have excellent support agents.
