- YSYong shinJul 10, 20241.0Their online system is not a good. Service is not even reach at local bank online system.
- BMBree MSep 9, 20231.02 failed Zoom meetings. Unprepared, Unprofessional, and all they do is keep having their Marketing team call and email Me, trying to get me to give them more business and sell me stuff. It's bordering Harrassment at this point. They suggested a Zoom meeting. I specifically scheduled it for when my spouse and I could be present. Dan Heidelberger was unprepared for the Zoom meeting and rescheduled for a couple days later, when of course my husband couldn't attend. Second Zoom meeting- Dan doesn't attend his own Zoom meeting. He calls, and predictably advises that he can't find the info he's looking for. Mind you, it's not info that I requested- it's info to benefit HIM. He said he'd call in a bit when he got the info. He said he'd call in a bit when he got the info and we could start the meeting. He ghosted. But I keep getting emails and calls from the Marketing Team! Never judge a book by its cover Dan. Fyi- The manager in a small retirement account I had retired, so this is who it got transferred to- I didn't choose it. And I'll be removing this company as soon as I can.
