- ISIgal ShakhApr 27, 20211.0Was in a situation where I really needed quarters in a hurry. I brought $40 in cash and they weren't willing to exchange it because I didn't have an account with them. Not a pleasant experience and doesn't make me feel like opening an account with them in the future. As a reply to the response to my post, I merely wanted quarters exchanged for two, $20-bills. Had it been foreign currency exchange, I would understand. Other banks have no problems doing this, in my experience; therefore, if I can be shown that OneWest Bank changes their policy and begins allowing people to exchange money without holding an account, I will gladly take down this negative review and leave a positive review instead.
