I’ve made multiple attempts to open a business account with this bank and each time I’ve spoken to someone, I was told a manager would follow up with me—yet no one ever did. The communication has been poor, and the lack of follow-through is extremely disappointing. It’s unfortunate because my company generates a generous monthly revenue, and I was seriously considering bringing my business here. However, after several attempts and no call back, it's clear that earning my business is not a priority. I expected at the very least a return call from management and better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
