- MPMV PropertiesSep 20, 20191.0This bank, and this branch in particular, is the WORST. No sense of customer service, and incredibly rude. From the VP to the tellers, everyone acts as though they are doing you a favor whenever you are there to transact business. The staff gossip about the customers to each other in the presence of other customers and literally roll their eyes at you!!! Their fees are exorbitant, their website and online banking archaic and slow (when it even works). Short hours, closed weekends, only a few branches here and there. There are so many banks with branches on every corner, long hours, great service for business and personal accounts, and real time features/assistance, both electronic and personal. Chase and Wells Fargo show transactions in real time; with City National it is DAYS before a debit or credit is reflected on your account(s). Don't waste your time or money with these clowns. Their fees once were worth it for the added "personal touch" once other small banks went corporate, but that personal touch no longer exists, and their fees are higher than any bank, as are their limits. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Oh, and hiring people who understand English is probably a good idea when dealing with financial transactions. Just sayin'. Can't stand this bank. I had 4 accounts here and just moved them all.
