  Nobody seems to be able to help I avoided coming to this Branch due to discriminatory attitudes in the past; One time I was asked for a second ID when trying to cash a check to my name, being a Citibank customer wasn't enough Second time when trying to open a business account I was treated very poorly Third time, they just seem lost

  The lines and wait time at this branch are unbelievable. One or two tellers working at a time, in the middle of LA is just stupid and taking 20 minutes out of my day just to hand over a credit card payment is pathetic.

  I see some people have had bad luck here but I can't be happier with this branch. I scoped out several different banks in the area to open a new account and Citibank was by far the easiest/best one I found. This branch in particular have been nothing short of great in helping me to get setup with everything I need.

  Mala experiencia. Como banco irresponsables con su cajero. Deposité en cajero. Se trató el dinero y asta ahorita no responde nadie por mi dinero ni la sucursal ni servicio al cliente. Asta Q se hagan las investigaciones. Esperar viene días paraq hagan investigación to.mientras tanto mi dinero no me lo regresan. Q irresponsabilidad como banco. Como sucursal actitud de no quiere ayudar en nada.
