Though there were numerous obstacles in my path, Branch Manager Marcelo Carrasco, along with personal bankers Alejandra and Albert, did everything they possibly could to cut through the red tape and help me gain access to what I needed. They were gracious, kind, patient, and professional in their communications with me as well as in person. I have been a customer of this particular branch for decades, and these representatives treated me with respect and compassion.
