  This bank branch has become my favorite because it consistently provides excellent customer service. The branch manager, Marcelo, goes out of his way to support and offer helpful advice. The employees are always polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. I especially want to thank Marcelo and Andrew for their outstanding support at my recent visit. Thank you

  Extremely disappointed with Citibank. I made an ACH transfer, and Citi placed a hold on the funds with no clear justification. That hold lasted nearly three months before the money was finally released. During this time, communication was poor, explanations were vague, and resolution required repeated follow-ups. Holding customer funds for that long is unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress and disruption. I would not recommend Citi for anyone who needs reliable access to their money or timely ACH processing.

  I've been a Citibank customer for over 25+ years, back from my days in New York. I've been to many Citibank as well as other branches over that time. Where I think this branch differentiates itself and excels is it the people that work there. I can't say enough about ALL of the staff members there. Always greeted with a smile, always getting to know a little more about me, and always aiming to provide a little extra service when needed. Thanks to you all!

  Horrible management and staff. Bunches of cons and crooks. Had to dispute four times already to get their promised promotions, still didn't receive any yet. They all gave me the run-around and excuses. Worst experience ever. Wish I could give zero star.
