  Unfriendly and unreasonable staff, especially Ashley. It makes sense that the place is practically empty. Just go a block away to Wells Fargo and thank me later, there're much kinder people working there.

  The car wash across the street only accepts ones and fives. I just had a ten so I stopped in the nearest bank (this one) to break it. After waiting in line for what seemed like a really long time, I was told that Citibank's anti-money laundering policy forbids them from giving me change. I thought maybe they could let this one slide because it was only a ten dollar bill and I had just waited in line for 10 minutes and we're both human beings with the ability to understand why rules are in place and when it's appropriate to enforce them, but nope! I WAS WRONG. I was speaking with one of Citibank's new AI robot tellers adorned with lifelike human skin. She was made to look and smile like a human, but had cold, dead eyes and no soul. It was very unsettling. If anyone from Citibank reads this, please, I beg you, update your psycho robot tellers with an empathy patch. Denying service to random customers isn't the end of the world, but you can do better. The human teller at the WellsFargo that I went to next, took 12 seconds our of her day to break my bill and I walked out of there without wanting to punch something.

  Nonbank customers gets secondary treatment even for cashing their own Citibank check. It's obtrusive and frankly it's going to drive away people who would otherwise want to open an account.
