I do agree opening at 10am is too late . Update the staff is always friendly I started coming regularly maybe just be nice to them and don’t get mad at them for citie bank’s policy

- SOSean OwensSep 24, 20255.0Over the last two weeks I’ve had an abysmal time trying to get connected with a representative to figure out what’s going on with my account. It has become aware to me that there is almost no one actually working for city to help customers who don’t live within close proximity to a branch. However, today I got in contact with a a young lady, who is an associate of this branch and she was so helpful in helping me move along to the path of resolving my account issues. It really means a lot when you can actually talk to another human rather than getting redirected to the automated responses and she did an amazing job helping me.
