I had an appointment with Sharma today at 10:30. I came in and Armen said Sharma is not here today. Okay, at least if she was unavailable today, shouldn't I have text message saying my appointment has been cancelled?? He was like "what it is what it is". Be aware. He treated you are the crazy one; even though you have an appointment here, teller might surprise you to not attend for an appointment. Thanks for horrific attitude of Armen Agakiyanest. Cheers.
