- CRCris R.Jul 20, 20221.0There is a reason why it is so low rated. Don't waste your time with poor, ignorant, and unethical customer service. I have been using this bank to exchange $20 bills into quarters. Today, I was told I was not allowed to make a currency exchange unless I had a Citi card. I only bank with Fidelity Investments which you may know does not have physical banks and reimburses me for any bank I go to. I don't even think it was legal for her to deny my exchange and if all banks required cards then I wouldn't be able to use the one I am signed up with... Never returning to this location again.
