I did some business in this bank, and wait for the employee too long time, my 4 years old kid needs to go to the restroom, I asked the Cantonese speaker male employee, he said they don’t offer public toilet, we should cross the street to others. So ridiculous! Your employee let me wait and I did business in your bank, even a kid’s emergency issue, it is so cold and detached!

For some reason the dept that handles this is only handled locally in branch computer systems and if you call general citi support nobody had a clue how to get you tracking or to even issue new check. I called nearly every other day from feb to end of April when I randomly call this LA Chinatown branch on the number from google maps and immediate the branch manager Michelle picks up and I have never had an experience that literally made my week. 2 months of being so frustrated and a 10 minute call with Michelle who was so wonderful . Just knows how to do her job, and so quick and just knew answers to everything I asked. I vote for Michelle as regional manager :) thank you!
