I was there to simply deposit a cheque; but she had the kindness and patience to help me get a temporary card and organise a new one. It was a nice experience and I’m very grateful for the professionalism and attentiveness of the teller at this Echo Park location.

When you need to deposit money the ATM won't let you or if it does you have to be careful more than once it's eaten my money and its a process to get it back. When you need to take money out the ATM only let's you take out increments of $50. They don't even have banking hours and open at 10 am yet still close at 5. They charge you late fees or overdrafts when it suits them and more than one per day too. You want debt bank here. You want destitution go to this branch. I can't even say the tellers are nice because when I didn't have an account and needed quarters they basically shamed me by saying "normally we only do this for clients" from then on I lied until I opened an account. I would never suggest anyone bank here unless they want to lose money. Keep your savings under your mattress the interest rate is probably better.
