- JGJ GutierrezSep 9, 20251.0I came into this branch on 9/02 as a potential new client looking to open a checking account. The staff on the floor were all super nice and working really hard, but it was clear they were overwhelmed—running around trying to help everyone at once. What stood out to me (in a bad way) was the manager. He stayed locked in his office the whole time I was there. I could literally see him just sitting and texting on his phone. I waited about 30 minutes and not once did he come out to check on clients or support his team. The employees were doing their best under tough circumstances, but honestly, management should be setting the example. It didn’t give me much confidence in this branch. At the end, I was able to make an appointment for a later day, but the experience left me disappointed.

Everyone in the branch is really energetic with passion (they keep greeting every single customers once they steps into the bank) and being really helpful. My banker Milena really tried her best to help me setup my account considering the massive amount of paper work the bank required for that and she did managed to tackle all the issues and difficulties and finish the opening efficiently! I do understand how the branch furnishing is quite aged and should be refurbished, but the staffs are awesome overall!

If they really want to satisfy clients they would do it. 2 employees and no people waiting. Didn't even ask if we wanted to make an appointment, just told us it was close to closing time. If they really wanted to help out clients and be welcoming at least be more friendly. The lady just told us that ANY BRANCH would do the same. Wong because I went to another one and got help out even after closing time. That's what real customer service care is about..
