The staff on the floor were all super nice and working really hard, but it was clear they were overwhelmed—running around trying to help everyone at once. What stood out to me (in a bad way) was the manager. He stayed locked in his office the whole time I was there. I could literally see him just sitting and texting on his phone. I waited about 30 minutes and not once did he come out to check on clients or support his team. The employees were doing their best under tough circumstances, but honestly, management should be setting the example. It didn’t give me much confidence in this branch. At the end, I was able to make an appointment for a later day, but the experience left me disappointed.

I left so many voicemails and no one made the effort to call me back. Don't waste your time going to the branch. You are better off trying to get customer service to help you.
- AVANTONIO VGJul 27, 20191.0Horrific experience I ever had because they didn't accept my pell grant check, which I was suppose to get cash like all Citibanks do but here is absolutely terrible. I recommend going by Koreatown next to the train station down by Normandie & Wiltshire.
