- RARobert ArnettAug 14, 20254.0I've been to the Eagle Rock branch twice and the staff was very helpful both times. My matters were paid attention to and appropriately acted upon. On the other hand, the El Monte branch is full of very UNhelpful, incompetent individuals. The staff at the El Monte branch seems to think that you work for them. Do yourself a favor and avoid the El Monte branch at all costs.

- SISAIT ILHANERNov 21, 20222.0Avoid this Citibank. I took a check today there and after depositing it, the teller gave it back to me. Seems like his head is in the clouds. He wasted my time. Now, they had to cancel the check and I have to go to another Citi to re deposit again. I am giving 2 stars only because Lina the bank manager called me and she was super nice. I wouldn't go here again. They were not busy at all but somehow they managed to mess up. They should be glad I kept the check. Otherwise, the bank would have lost a good amount of money.

There was a discrepancy with my deposit and she had a nasty attitude about it. Not to mention my deposit was never counted back to me nor did she confirm an amount.
