- RARobert ArnettAug 14, 20254.0I've been to the Eagle Rock branch twice and the staff was very helpful both times. My matters were paid attention to and appropriately acted upon. On the other hand, the El Monte branch is full of very UNhelpful, incompetent individuals. The staff at the El Monte branch seems to think that you work for them. Do yourself a favor and avoid the El Monte branch at all costs.

- ERE RJan 5, 20161.0The manager doesn't care if you've been sitting patiently to ask some questions on your account because he'll try to look "busy" behind the computer in his office. That is, until someone he knows comes in and suddenly he can't wait to "help" that person. Are you kidding me? I just got up and walked out. Why would the management leave a customer sitting there without even attempting to help, but suddenly be free when a friend walks in? This is terrible customer service!
